Trip to Shanghai
GP and I went to Shanghai and enjoyed some Haagen Dazs, some Hong Kong lunch, and ran into a friend for a nice surprise. I bought some qimen tea, but no other great shopping finds. And we swung by United Family Hospital to get a picture taken.

This is year of the rat by the lunar calendar. Last year was year of the pig and many people had "golden piglets". We will have a little mouse.
Will you name the little mouse Dennis if its a boy????

I knew you could do it. Glad for our new little mouse.that makes 11. love grandma oz
Thanks everyone for the good wishes.
Natalie, I named my female hamster Dennis. If it's a boy, maybe will name him after Aunt Sis :)
Due date is around 10/10 which is an auspicious date in Taiwan, though not in China. Most couples wonder about the sex and such mundane things. We're not even sure which country the baby will be born in.
10/10, huh? How 'bout 10/6? I've heard great people are born on the 6th of October! :-)
!!!
Yes, 1dreamr, you are on my calendar :)
Also on my calendar, these days look good (i.e., coincide with others' b-days): 1, 2, 6, 11, 14
I've already got him/her pencilled in for the 2nd :)
Jeff moved to Seattle and is no street performing as a mime ;)
I should have waited until 4/1 to announce it, but I'm not sure he'd fall for it twice (remember the last time, Jeff?)
i have forgotten... maybe for the best
Wow!!! Congratulations Matt and GP!! Matt, you must have been eating a lot of oysters :)
How wonderful! Congratulations you two.
This is what happens when we leave you unsupervised for too long. ;-)
